Using all five of your senses you’ll discover the health benefits and cooking techniques for the most popular and lesser known gluten-free grain alternatives. Enjoy samples of simple and delicious recipes that have been prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. Door prizes will include gluten-free products. Feel free to bring your favourite recipe to share!
