Join Crystal Di Domizio, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, for an informative evening as we explore gluten-free food from Asia. Featuring the menus from 4 local restaurants, we’ll discover gluten-free options from Thailand, Japan, China and India. For each of these cuisines you’ll learn how to order a safe meal, identify the hidden sources of gluten and discover local gluten-free friendly restaurants. At the end of the meeting there will be multiple draws for gift certificates to the participating restaurants.
